III. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, clients agree to:

● Respond in a timely manner to requests for input or approval
● Grant necessary access to tools or systems when required (e.g., CRM, email, platforms)
● Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner to avoid delays
Delays caused by lack of client response may affect timelines and delivery schedules.
IV. Payment Terms

● Late payments may result in paused services until resolved

VII. CRM, Systems, and Access

● Work inside client CRM systems
● Provide training or documentation
● Create workflows or automation setups
Clients are responsible for maintaining secure access to their systems and approving any integrations or changes.
VIII. Intellectual Property
All materials created by AdaptABLE Operations during service delivery, including SOPs, workflows, templates, and documentation, remain the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
We retain the right to reuse generalized frameworks, systems, or methodologies that are not client-specific.
IX. Limitation of Liability
AdaptABLE Operations is not liable for:
● Business losses, revenue loss, or missed opportunities
● System failures from third-party tools or platforms
● Decisions made by the client based on our recommendations
Our role is to provide operational support, not to guarantee business outcomes.
X. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to:
● Any active contract terms
● Completion of prepaid work
● Proper transition or handover (where applicable)
Refunds for completed or in-progress work are not applicable.
XI. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and do not share sensitive business information with unauthorized parties.
